Super Juicy Burger Patties
Ingredients:
- 1Kg ground meat (beef, game, pork, or a mix)
- 50g High Caliber Coarse Bisk
- 200mL ice water
- ¼ Cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp High Caliber Mustard Powder
- ¼ tsp High Caliber Ground Thyme
- ¼ tsp Seasoning Salt
- ¼ tsp High Caliber White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp High Caliber Granulated Onion
- Dash of Alberta Steak Spice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Alberta Steak Spice thoroughly until meat mixture is sticky, keeping the ground meat as cold as possible. Form into patties, top with a sprinkle of Alberta Steak Spice, and freeze immediately or cook fully and serve!
