Ingredients:
- 4 tenderloin steaks
- ½ cup softened butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp High Caliber Parsley Flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Set the grill to high and heat to a minimum of 400°F
- Season both sides of steak with salt & pepper to taste
- Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
- Cook the steaks on the grill 3-4 min, flip and continue cooking 4-5 min or until the desired internal temperature is reached. (Medium-rare: 145°F Medium: 160°F Well done: 170°F)
- Remove the steaks from the grill and allow to rest for 3 min
- Use a pastry brush to coat both sides of the steaks with the garlic butter mixture
- Serve immediately
