Join us in the Calgary High Caliber Kitchen for in-person Sausage-Making Classes with  High Caliber Instructor Lucas Paiva,   Meat Industry Expert
Two options provided for your convenience:
#1 – Fresh & Smoked Sausage – a 6 hour class where you learn the professional techniques of creating both Fresh and Smoked Sausage.  Light Lunch provided and samples to take home.
When you want a hardcore class to learn both Fresh and Smoked sausage techniques…look no further!  Learn all of the components to make a consistently wonderful sausage.
Price  for 6 hour class $ 175.00
#2 – Sausage in 60 – a 2 hour class where you zip in and come out with two batches of fresh, homemade sausage.  Light snack provided and samples to take home.
Price for 2 hour class $75.00
