This great hickory smoke flavor is easy to use and will give you great results!

Add this powder to taste to your meat block, recommended usage is 1g to 10g per kg of meat block (0.1% to 1%)

For a gourmet Hickory Smoke flavor with some ashy notes (“burnt”, BBQ-like flavor), some acidic notes and mildly sweet.

Sounds a little like wine…hmmm, add some of that too!

A great addition to jerky, sausage, soups or chili.

    0.1gr to 1 gr per kg? I think not.
    I mentioned this and was informed that it should be % iso gr.
    Surprised to see this is still on the picture.

      The correct label showing the recommended usage is on each package.
      You are right that it is a very personal flavor, so a range of 1g to 10g per kg of meat block is recommended.
      However, amounts can be used at each user’s discretion for their desired outcome.
      It is a great hickory flavor to add to many foods, such as jerky, sausage, chili or soups and has been a popular flavor for our foodie friends.
