This Pork Trim comes frozen in a commercially vacuum packaged bag and labelled for your convenience.

75 – 85% Lean, which is perfect for flavor and texture.

Depending on your recipe, this 10lb package of frozen pork trim  is recommended for about  25lbs of meat.

Because this product is kept FROZEN, we cannot ship the Pork Trim.
