BRINE PUMP DIAL-O-MATIC INJECTOR GUN

This handy tool is a must when brining ham and bacon.

Manufactured in the USA with nickel plated castings and precisely machined parts.  Features rubber coated grip for ease of use.

Select the desired fluid ounces of marinade to be injected with each squeeze of the handle by rotating the dial on the back of the trigger assembly.

To use: insert needle into meat product- deep enough to cover needle tip and all perforations.  Dispense marinade by pushing the plunger rod while slowly withdrawing the pump.  Repeat in several locations until seasoned (brined) to preference.

Comes with (1) perforated tip needle (3/16″) and (1) slanted tip needle (3/16″)
