Spatex Casing is a viscose cloth casing covered in a flavorful Peppered spice blend.
A beautiful and aromatic flavor coating will uniformly transfer onto your sausage.
Usage:
Do NOT soak before use
Fill tightly with your sausage batter and clip securely
Recommend to STEAM at maximum temperature of 88° C to reach an internal temperature of 78° C
After thermal processing, cool steamed casing with intermittent water shower
After cooling, remove the outer fabric and transfer the product to a cutting board to eat right away or vacuum package for storage in refrigeration.
