Jalapeno flavor can be used in almost anything to provide a worldly heat.

Our Mexican friends have blessed us with a flavorful green chili pepper with pungent flavor and a fair bit of heat.  Be like Forrest Gump and add jalapeno to everything…Jalapeno Salsa…Jalapeno Chili…Jalapeno Pickled Peppers on your charcuterie board…roasted with your Fingerling potatoes…Cornbread, etc.  BUT, we know, this flavor is meant for Smokies or Beef Jerky.

These are coarse flakes that can be used in any method you like. Use as is or grind down just a bit to get the perfect consistency you want.
