Here are a few we are highlighting to celebrate the sweeter things in life…even sausage or bacon needs this!

Juniper Berries – can be used as a whole dried berry or crushed in sausage recipes, but especially good with venison or rabbit.

Maple Sugar (Natural) -lovingly manufactured in New Brunswick. Pure Maple flavor, usage depends on the recipe.

Maple Flavor (Sugar Base) – a true Maple flavor to add to any sausage or bacon.  Usage is about 2.5g per 1kg of meat.
