Description

A trusted Glute-Free (GF) Binder to add to ensure your sausage “batter” will reach the proper protein extraction.

This is the “cadillac” of binders!
Here is a recap of  the ingredients inside:

  • Rice Flour – included as a binder
  • Rice Starch – included as a binder
  • Sodium Phosphate – included as a binder and emulsifier
  • Salt – included as a “binder” and for flavor
  • Sodium Erythorbate – included to help with color stabilization and help curing reactions
  • Ascorbic Acid – included to help with color stabilization and help curing reactions

This unit would be very effective when used in products that are more emulsified (finely ground) such as wieners, bologna, liver sausage, deli meats

or other items like chopped hams and products where color and binding of high water and/or fat is important.

This unit contains a significant blend of ingredients to maximize color and binding properties.

This All Purpose Purpose GF would be a bit too much for standard sausage or burger production.  See our other binders for a better solution.
