High Caliber’s family is a dedicated and energetic group during and after work. Dedicated to working hard, having fun, trying innovative recipes or being active outdoors, this is where you will find our staff. Our staff has a wild mishmash of passions…canoeing, hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, gardening – even classical guitar! Of course, the main reason we are all here…eating.

Stephanie is quickly becoming our office expert in the special skill of Bacon-Making. Just because she loves the caramelly goodness of our newest Canadian Maple Bacon Dry Rub, does not mean she won’t doctor it up and add some heat to this baby. Breakfast is never the same twice! She efficiently takes care of our great hunter friends in the showroom and on the phone. All of our great High Caliber website orders are processed under her watchful eye. She is a busy girl!
When she is not doting over her two felines, Luna and Taeya, Stephanie volunteers at the Calgary Humane Society by caring for pups and people.

High Caliber Sausage Expert: Kaitlan

Kaitlan is a true Prairie girl through and through. Raised on a farm, she is comfortable with processing all the goodness this land has to offer. She can help you resolve the big dilemma of what sausage flavors you want to make for the next family event. Not a big fan of heat, the final hint of warmth is the perfect ending when making ground jerky. Kaitlan is that cheery voice in the showroom and on the phone. Her accounting background will ensure your orders and calculations are correct in your recipes.
With her love of travel, Kaitlan loves to try local specialties and report back to us at High Caliber Head Quarters. Watch out for some new blends with her stamp of approval.

We are lucky that Tim is one of High Caliber’s original team members. He can spout off part numbers and products from decades ago. His preciseness is exactly why High Caliber is stocked to the brim with goodies for our hunter and outdoorsy friends. Us girls depend on him to get the right parts and products for our customers. His get-it-done attitude ensures our inventory is spot-on.
Tim is an active guy with anything with wheels or paddles. He can maneuver moguls or rapids and “usually” comes back to work all in one piece. With his wife and new pup Tilley in tow, you will see him zooming around town or the mountains.

Leanne likes things that are multi-functional. Just like her favorite flavor, colorful Chorizo can be eaten with eggs, as a patty or to spice up everyday rice. She likes fast-paced tasks and can pivot at a moment’s notice. Part of our original team, she brings experience and cultivates relationships from years in this industry. Leader of our small but feisty High Caliber group, it is fun to collaborate with both customers and vendors on new products, events and marketing.
When not out hiking, she will try her hand at golfing, but eating is always at the core of every endeavor.
